Let's hear from all you OFF KILTER fans !!!!

I asked the guys about the time change. They have no idea why it happened, nor do they have any control over it. I guess it's too bad for them if they have other plans. :confused3

Nancy - our biggest issue with this schedule would be our Garden Grill lunch on Sunday (ya know the one with the characters!)

Yes, the Garden Grill is in Jeopardy! Kona Cafe and 50's Prime Time Cafe are also at risk - IF they should start at 1:00 every day.

I thought earlier start and end times in the past were to coordinate with the Flower Power, Eat to the Beat, and Candellight Processional programs at the America Gardens Theater. I can understand them starting at 1:00 on Saturday and Sunday, but the concerts are at the same times throughout the week. Guess we'll have to wait and see what Off Kilter's schedule is like in the next 2 weeks.

I've got my live Off Kilter cd in and I'm on the Dis, how great is that.

OFF KILTER ROCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I finally had the opportunity to hear them last summer (even though I've been working on property for almost 20 years) and was totally blown away by them. They were so fantastic!

Oh my gosh, you've missed them for the last 10 years!
They are awesome, aren't they? :cool1:

I can't go more than a few days without seeing them. I start going through withdrawals. ;)

The longer it has been since I have seen them the easier it is but right after I see them then its like crack and I want to do nothing but listen to them and I can't wait for the next time I see them perform. Its been since January for me and I just have another 5 weeks to go till I see him again.

I SO agree about the "it's like crack" comment - not that I would know what it's like to be on crack! :lmao: They are addicting, and I plan my park days around when they perform. As mentioned above - we may alter our dining reservations, depending on their show times!

Good news/bad news. They added three more benches in front of the stage. Good news if you like to sit. Bad news - the "dance floor" is gone.

It's another goofy schedule this week! Notice that they aren't playing this Friday.

Sunday & Wednesday at 2:30, 3:30, 5:30, 6:30 & 7:30pm
Thursday & Saturday at 1:00, 2:30, 3:30, 5:30 & 6:30pm

It's also Tony's birthday! Hmmm...can't they rehearse in front of us? :)

That would be fun. For us, maybe not for them. Tony is going to Puerto Rico. He'll be gone all next week. Jason Thomas will be playing fiddle in his place. I can't wait to see that - - should be different. I really enjoy Jason.

Tony will be gone all NEXT week...as in April 13-20??? Say it isn't so!!!! :sad1:

By the way - I hope to meet you next week (April 16-20)!

Yes, we'll meet for sure this time. Starting on Wed., the 9th, is when Jason will be there for Tony. So, I guess that means Tony will be back on the 16th.

Just look for me on the left by the light pole!

Whew...Tony is gone THIS week and back NEXT week! That makes sense...he is going to PR for HIS birthday, and I'm going to WDW for MY birthday!! :yay:

Um...why are you posting on the DIS right now instead of watching the boys? ;)

I was out there today. All the shows got rained out. Theirs and British Invasion. I finally gave up and came home at 5:30 because there was no end in sight and I figured Peter Noone would get rained out as well. I felt bad for the people who were there on vacation. Today was a total wash out.

That's a shame. :( I've never been there when a show was cancelled due to rain (knock on wood!) - although it's been close a few times. That would be disappointing for the vacationers.

I'm showing my age, but I loved Herman's Hermits when I was a kid...a very young one! ;) I enjoyed Petula Clark's last show on Easter Sunday, and I'm looking forward to the groups that will be there next week.
