LOL! I find "chatting" VERY hard....I'm such a "goofus"...I can't keep up!!....BUT....losing weight......IF you're committed... is a mathmatical propersition....WHICH you CAN master!!...with committment! ..... THAT"S the easy part!!

It just takes practice GP and it helps if you read the dialog from the bottom don't start at the top, that gets very confusing.

All it takes is committment GP YOU CAN DO IT
