I received my exchange today from Beth. It is awesome!

I received recipes for:
Pizza Puff Sandwiches
Jim's Famous Pasta Salad
Jell-o Poke Cake

Ingredients:
Bisquick
Bacon bits
BLT Ranch dressing
Lemon cake mix
Lime jell-o
mushroom pieces
sliced black olives
wacky pasta
pepperoni slices
garlic powder

DH thought I was crazy for doing this but I think he's going to change his mind after I make these dishes. I can't wait to try these recipes. They are perfect for my family. Thanks again!

My DD20 came by and saw the Poke Cake recipe and ingredients out and got all excited....until I told her I was shipping it off! LOL! I have picky eaters and they all love these recipes! My DD20 came by and saw the Poke Cake recipe and ingredients out and got all excited....until I told her I was shipping it off! LOL! I have picky eaters and they all love these recipes! I have picky eaters over here too.....with 6 kids still at home, there's always someone who decides to eat a sandwich or cereal for dinner. DD6 will turn 7 tomorrow and I'm making dirt cake cups for her to take to school for snack so I didn't know what we were going to have for her cake after dinner. Now it's going to be Poke Cake! I even had cool whip in the freezer.

That was very quick delivery. I mailed my package the same day and it still hasn't gotten there.

Suicide Fudge Bars

Base
1 cup Butter
2 cups Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp. Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
3 cups Uncooked Oatmeal

Filling
12 oz bag of Chocolate Chips
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 tbs. Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup chopped Walnuts/Pecans

Preheat oven to 350° Stir the base ingredients together and spread 1/2-2/3 of base in a 9x13 pan. Next melt the filling together on the stove-top (except nuts). Once melted take off the stove-top and add the nuts. Spread the filling on top of the base. Crumble the rest of the base mixture on the filling. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
