I remember

Team VJJ
The Lauren/Brandon wedding
The Test Thread and being intimidated by those in it.
The scheduled all-nighters
When random threads would fill up in two days
when you posted and it redirected you, and there were another 2 pages worth of new posts
Saratoga
and that girl (Em was her name I think?) who was here and was going to get a record deal and then disappeared.

Hmmm, to put this gently... I would read the first post. They meant memories on the TB.

But that sounds like a lot of fun. I would love to be in Disney with my best friends!

Okay, so I hardly ever come on here anymore, but I saw this thread mentioned on facebook and knew I had to post.

I remember:

- the LOTP thread. Billy introduced me and it's what got me hooked to the DIS. I also remember the people who used to post in it, like Charmaine.

- being intimidated by Shelby. Haha Shelby, you've been scaring multiple generations on the TB. It's funny because you're now one of the sweetest people I know.

- when Shelby and Mike were dating. A true DIS couple!

- late nights on the original SYF thread.

- back when we could actually talk about politics or religion. back when there were no points.

- the summer I got new points every other day, lol.

- old posters I remember, some of who are actually doing the college program with me.

- TB yearbook, the TB awards, etc.

I have a million memories of this place. From playing truth or dare with Hazzi when I first started being active to the more recent Saratoga scandal. If I look back at my old posts and threads I can totally just watch myself (and others) growing up. It's funny to see this new 'generation' of teen board posters who are going through the same things we did. Yeah, it's a little weird coming here and not seeing many new faces, but I feel like...it's their place now, lol.

I made some great friends on here that I now have on facebook, so it's likely they'll be in my life for a while. I even hope to hang out with some of them while I'm on the CP this year.

Haha, I remember those signature rules. I also remember changing my signature every other day, and now it's been the same for years!

Also, you guys are pretty much the only people (besides family) that still call me Jenny. Everytime I see that it makes me feel like a kid again, in a good way, lol.

I remember the original random thread that was THOUSANDS of pages long
I remember when I was so scared to post here because I thought I wouldn't fit in.
I remember when I started actually talking with people in the threads, like Jenny and Hazzi. I wish I would have stayed connected with you guys
I remember when almost every thread was getting locked because they turned into flamefests. Anyone remember the "If you can't say something nice...don't say nothin' at all" campaign? haha
I remember the POTC fiasco, when alllllll the threads related to POTC somehow.
I remember PrincessAsh. She was soooooo nice.
I remember all the game threads.
I remember the TB yearbook, and the TB awards.
I remember COWED, and getting gobbled and frosted and such during the holidays.
I remember we had a virtual gift exchange one year for Christmas.
I remember when I first joined I thought that Shelby was the TB "leader" xD


I feel like my time on the TB is coming to an end, and its time to let a new generation have their turn, like Jenny said. I'll always have a special place in my heart for the TB. All this reminiscing really makes me miss the old days, though.

I remember PrincessAsh too. I have her on facebook now though. She's a CP working at the Great Movie Ride. I think she's doing a professional internship soon, too.

It's funny how many of the older posters I remember are now doing the college program or working at Disney in some way.
