Let the pre-trip chaos begin!

We're down to less than a week and I've noticed that, when we get this close to the trip, I start losing all my organizational skills!

My finely tuned packing strategy is going out the window. The weather channel and accuweather cannot agree on whether it's going to be warm or cold in Anaheim. Pack an extra t-shirt or an extra pair of thermals???

My DM keeps buying more clothes and stuff for the trip! Just stop already!

My ride to the airport fell through and now we have to spend $30 on a shuttle to the airport. So now I have to worry about some unknown driver understanding the early morning traffic from our house to the airport.

My desk at work is a mess. (Ok, I really don't care about THAT. )

I just have to make it to the weekend. I will pack - do or die - by Sunday, and then it's done. Whatever happens between Sunday and take off Wednesday morning, I'm just not even going to think about.

Anyone else freakin' out?

haven't packed a thing yet.

have a very long list of things I want to bring, a hamper full of laundry to do, and a full dishwasher to run...so yeah, I got stuff to do tonight! heheh

we leave in less than 48 hours...and I have been packing and unpacking and packing...I have no idea what are in the suitcases now...I'm going nuts! The weather in WDW sounds nuts...so I am taking anything and everything we own because I want to be comfortable, not too hot or too cold but I still want all of us to look nice for the pictures, etc. My house is a mess, and here I am just checking out the boards like I am not leaving Sat afternoon!!!!!

My dog is looking at me like I"m crazy and staying outta my way, LOL.

my house looks like its been hit by a tornardo-
i have 5 suitcases in my front door openned and half packed!!!

i till have a piano lesson to give- and my kids have gymnastics and karate tonite.
haven't cleaned out my car for the trip

i keep repeating to my self - that florida is not on another planet- whatever i forget to pack i can buy down there.

all i need is my family, cc, money and my tickets!!!

WE ARE GOING TO DISNEY!!!!!

i'll be looking out for those lime ribbons, tshirts, backpacks etc - hope to see some of you there!!!!

Well, we are leaving tomorrow and we are ready...no thanks to me though! If it wasn't for my extremely organized DH, I'd be scrambling around still making lists! I gotta get off the computer though! I can't pull myself away from the DIS to get dinner going. Eeek!!

Gee thought it was just me. I am usually packed a month in advance. This year I can't seem to get my act together. Sounds like a support group is needed for all of us.

We love tomorrow am and it is complete chaos at our house! And on top of it, it is the end of the budgeting processes at work, so I haven't left work before 6:30 any night this week.

I thank the Lord for my mother, as way to say thank you for helping her out last week when she had Thanksgiving Dinner she came over and cleaned my house yesterday!

Now if I can just get packed before tomorrow morning!!! I can't believe its here!

You're all right.. we leave Sat. a.m.. crack of dawn.. 6:20 a.m. flight, but am I packed?No!! what am I doing..? surfing.. what is wrong with this picture?!! every time I pass the computer room.. i say.. OK, I'll just check it really quick! Glad to hear I'm not alone!

Got the tree up, only has lites on it.. all the decoration boxes are everywhere in the living room.. they will be there when we return.. who cares! WE ARE GOING TO SEE MICKEY! !!

I agree with njcarita.. if we forget anything, there is always Wal-Mart!!

CAn't wait! We'll be looking for the green!

Sunday and DW will pack tomorrow and Saturday,she likes to do it.Says I'm a lousy packer.So she may be stressed some but I'm fine.
