Yes, we often book last minute cruises where Palo is sold out online but have been successful once onboard. You do need to line up at whichever venue is taking Palo reservations after boarding. The earlier you get on the line the better your chances are of getting a Palo reservation.

We have had zero luck booking Palo on the Treasure, but great luck on the fantasy.

I've only had the experience once, but on the Magic in August 2025, I was able to book a table for 4 once we boarded. I think I was the first person at the reservation table, but I got it.

You will have better luck booking dinner than brunch since you have more opportunities for dinner

We were just on the Fantasy and got on the waitlist for Palo brunch - she said we were 4th in line on the waitlist, but she notified us that evening that we got the table!
