I am very new to photography and have only been snapping for about two months. I took this shot earlier this evening and it is my first attempt at a coastal sunset. I did take a few shots but i like this one the best.
Please let me know what you think and if anyone has any tips, that would be great.
Don't be too rough on me though.

i used a nikon d40. I then tweaked them in photoshop.

I like them - the horizon is not level would be my only comment.

I think the redo is perfect!

It did need a little extra saturation~

IMO the horizon may be a touch off but for a photographic newbie,

it's a great job.

Very pretty shots. I believe I detect some sensor dust. The first 2 shots are at f/20 and make it quite noticeable in the left and right of the frame just above the horizon. The 3rd is at f/11 but I still see a small spot on the left side, albeit very minor. As others mentioned, the horizon could use just a tad adjustment.

I think they are beautiful and the fact that you have only been shooting for 2 months says you have a wonderful eye and talent. I mean seriously - if you are getting this after two months - WOW - I look forward to seeing what you are doing in another 2 months.

i like lighting of the redo better although the sky might be just a tad oversaturated, love the light reflecting on the rocks and you followed the "interest in the front middle and back" so i would say very good job.
