If the school expels every student - straight or gay - for engaging in immoral behavior, I'm fine with it. But, then again, they'd have to expel every student, wouldn't they? Two underage students enter into a sexual relationship at a Christian/Jewish/Islamic school which has a code of conduct that prohibits immoral behavior. Said Christian/Jewish/Islamic school teaches that sex outside of marriage is immoral. When confronted, students affirm that a sexual relationship exists, and students are expelled for violating the code of conduct.
Right or wrong?
If the school expels all the gay students who violate the code, but lets straight students who violate the code stay, that's anti-gay bigotry. Which is wrong. Trying to use religion to justify anti-gay bigotry is even worse.
