Anyone tried the Salmon entree? If so, how was it?

Have you tried the Beef Tips also & can compare the two? If so, what did you think?

This sounds interesting; anyone tried it? What did you think? Of course the broth will make the dish - how was the broth - clear, butter based, tomato based? Trio de fruits de mer au bouillion de homard - Seared scallops, mahi mahi, and black tiger shrimp served in a lobster broth with gnocchi

Last year I had the salmon and am looking foward to having it again later this month. The salmon was delicious it came with spinich and a plain potato.
I never had the other dishes so I cant help you on that.

Loved the salmon..I was able to use the 3 course price-fix menu with regular DDP and got app, entree and dessert there...nice use of the plan to get app included.

My Dh loves the salmon and I have gotten the short ribs the last two visits. The short ribs are so tender and flavorful and the gravy that is served with them is fabulous.
