Help! Yesterday, I was shooting away with my walkaround lens - Sigma 18-125 - when I noticed I couldn't retract the lens all the way back. Not even sure if it's moving all the way forward (i.e. full zoom). It can move forward and back just slightly, but then won't budge further.
I don't want to "force" it, for fear of doing more damage. I've had it for 1 1/2 years (bought used, but looked brand spanking new when I got it) and I've taken about two thousand pictures with it. (i'm basing that on the 7000 picture count my camera says I've taken, but that sounds too high to me to be accurate - but that's a question for another post!)
No clue why this happened out of nowhere.
Any insights? thoughts? suggestions???
(did I mention I leave for WDW in 12 days??!!!! Yikes!)
