Hi all,
I ordered my son’s Halloween costume from shop Disney.com on 10/7.
On 10/14, I got notification that it had shipped. However, when I check tracking, it says “Shipment ready for UPS.” Like, it looks like they created the shipping label, but no further progress has been made.
My son’s birthday party is this weekend (immediate family only), but it’s a costume party and I’m really losing hope that we’ll have the costume in time.
Is this typical? I know there have been some problems with the mail lately, but I’ve been ordering stuff from all over the place and haven’t had problems getting things in a timely manner, or at least being able to see where they are via tracking.
I’m not mad, I just want to see if my experience is in line with what’s typical.
