Length of Stay

In June we did 8 days in the parks, one day at universal in the middle and no days off. We stayed at The Grand Californian because I thought we could take long breaks each day, well the breaks were 1-2 hours and we all left wanting more. It wasn't too much for us, and we are coming back in April for 4 days without the kids. I would definitely do it, no hesitation.

We’ve done a 5 day trip (including VIP Tour) and a 10 day trip and there’s things we still have ridden or seen. Next trip will be 10 again. Got to love the Passes we can get here in Aus

I would love to stay 7 or 8 days. We always stay at WDW for 10 days (10 day tickets, 12 day trip) and love it. I have 4 kids and have taken every single age between 6 months and 16 years- this will be the first trip we've taken that my "baby" will be over 40 inches- that will be a game changer. We always adjust to what the kids needs are for the time, though, but really 5 days seems so short. I miss the days of the 6 day ticket with the option to add one or two more. We love DL though, so will keep coming for 5, but if we had the opportunity to stay for 8 we'd do it in a heartbeat!

As long as possible! We are in the same boat have been every year for about the last 5, our last trip was last Oct and next trip not til 2020. I would say at least a week but if possible 2 weeks!

Coming from the east coast, we usually get an early flight so we get to the hotel and DL by noon, we usually have 5 full days plus the hours on the arrival day and the departure day. So it is like almost 6 days that seems to be enough. We do the World of Color Dessert party always. We did F! last year when it came back, we will not do that. We liked but compared to World of Color, we enjoy WOC more. I also think the Blue Bayou package for F! is nice but sitting on a cushion on a stone patio -- which the view is awesome...pales to having a chair or the old F! dessert party on the Disney Gallery's outer door patio.

Well, I’m a Disneyland addict. We’ve driven down from Canada 6 times in the last 6 years!!! We just went in November and plan not going again till summer 2020!!! The longest I’ve went without DL since kids. We will have me, DW, DD 10, DD9 and DD5. We always do 5 days with a couple of days off and leave wishing we could stay longer. The s trp I’m hoping to have 3 of the passes free with air miles. It just crossed my mind that we could add 3 days and have 8 days in park! I can’t see that being to much. Any thoughts?
Would never be tooooo much for our family, we usually stay 5 days

We always do 5 days and lately with the crowds and increasingly rude fellow guests, that's enough for me and I'm ready to go home.

We are crazy about Disneyland so I don't think any amount of time would be too much. We love to ride attractions again and again. Doing something once is never enough for us. Plus we like to take our time with things. I can't stand rushing around all day and keeping a schedule like I read so many people do. That seems like work to me and I go to Disneyland to get away from work. And sometimes when we are there we just like listening to the back ground music and having a cup of coffee at Jolly Holiday. Simple stuff like that is so wonderful at Disneyland. If I won the lottery I'd a house on the beach in Corona Del Mar and go to Disneyland every day just to sit down and get a cup of coffee.

Thanks for all the opinions!!! We always do 5 and know we could do 7 easy but will have to weigh the cost. If we could add 2 days we would but to have to buy another 2 day pass is pricey!!
