Where can I find out or can anyone tell me how long each of the shows are at Sea World? I'm trying to plan a few days there, and I want to make sure I plan for enough time between shows to get from point A to point B.

The show schedule is posted on SeaWorld's website, but I don't recall seeing the length of shows posted. If I remember correctly, most shows run 25-40 minutes or so.

When we visit SeaWorld, we usually stay for several hours during the day to explore the animal exhibits and watch a show or two, then return to the park in the evening for the night-time shows. We do this over the course of several days. We haven't done any of the major rides, just Shamu's Happy Harbor. That may change this year as our kids are growing older...

bump...

Still trying to get an idea of how long each show is. My problem is determining if I'll have enough time to get to (for example) Pets Ahoy show that starts at 6:45 if the Clyde & Seamore show starts at 6:00. Anyone know of a post or a site that would tell me the length of each show?

The shows are around 25 minutes. Considering how close the two shows are that you are talking about it should be no problem.

SW site fails to provide the length of the shows on their Internet site, but their maps they print daily does contain the length of the shows along with the daily times. You want to check the times when you arrive since the times posted on the Internet can change up to the time they print the map. Each marine life show have seats designated as Soak Zones...you will get wet...cameras too.

Sea World recommends arriving 30 minutes prior to showtimes too

Blue Horizon is 30 minutes
Pets Ahoy 25 minutes
Clyde and Seamore 30 minutes
Believe 30 minutes

I do not have the other length times since some of the shows on their site are newer than my map..maybe someone else has a map from this year...

you'll want to plan your day with shows being about an hour apart. Especially since the next show time is for one on the other side of the park. so you'd want to see like a 5pm pets ahoy, then 6pm blue horizons, 7pm sea lions tonight, 8pm shamu rocks.

shamu you definatly want to be there no later than 40mins prior to show time. And they start seating about 15 mins before the show. Sometimes the mid afternoon shows are a little quieter than the early morning shows. And just like Disney parades, the shamu shows draw in a very large crowd.

I think we're going tomorrow. I'll try not to throw away the map. And they just started the late nights. So they'll be closing at 9 or 10.

Thank you so much everyone. I appreciate all of your help and insight. This should definitely help me plan our days.

We just got back and we were able to get from one to the next with time. We did semore and clyde at 10:30,Shamu was 11:30 and dolphins were like 12:15 I think. We did a quick walk thru Shark exhibit2 on the way to Shamu. We had 4 adults and small kids and still had no problems getting there. We did all three back to back then were able to walk through the rest for the remainder of the day.
