How long is the bus ride from All Star Movies and also Pop/AoA to the parks???

Depends on a bunch of things. What time of day it is, what traffic is like, what park you want to go to, and that's just how long the actual physical ride itself takes. You have to remember to factor in potential wait times. Disney recommends anticipating at least 1 hour to travel from place to place.

Values are not necessarily farther from the parks, than mods or deluxes.

Depends on what park you are going to, that day's events, and what time of day.

It is not best to choose a resort based on bus travel times.

Not best to focus on an exact time from the resort to a park and then be disappointed if it takes 2 or 3 minutes longer.
