Legoland and Special Needs

How is Legoland at accomodating guests with special needs? DS wears a back brace for scoliosis and is still in diapers. Because of the brace (and his size), it is really hard to change him on a regular restroom changing table. Months ago I got some fabulous advice from the Disabilities board about using the first aid station at DLR for changing his diapers and that has really been a huge help. We have last minute plans to meet some friends of ours at Legoland in a couple of weeks and I'm not sure if I will be able to use their first aid station for the same purpose. Does anyone know if they are pretty accomodating there? I know some parks aren't as good as Disney about this sort of thing so I'm not sure what to expect.

I couldn't decide if I should post this here or on the Disabilities Board but figured I would try here first since that board is mostly about WDW.

Legoland is GREAT! I know a handful of DL CMs that have said that the workers over there are much more personable and friendlier than the CMs at DL. I think its because the park is geared towards kids and families. They have a first aid station by the front entrance and a baby care center in the back of the park. I would call them just to make sure and for you to find out which location would probably be better for you. Also, I should add that the ride restrictions at Legoland are a bit more strict. They've got some info for guests with disabilities and I'm sure they'd be more than willing to assist you.

Thanks for the info! I think I will try calling to see what they suggest as far as where we could change DS's diaper. I'm so glad to hear that they accomodate guests with special needs.
