Lego land florida preview

We are going 17th October - took advantage of the pepsi promotion I posted a couple of weeks ago.

When I bought it seemed the promotional tickets were valid for a yr - now seem to be until May 2012.

Not a problem for us as we are going straightaway.

that is a really good deal thanks

also if you have an entertainment book they have 2day tickets for about the same price as a single regular price 68 for adults and 59 for kids

but the pepsi is a better deal i think. we were going to do 2 days but now i think we will only do one and do the pepsi offer since there is 5 of us 2 adults and 3 kids and that will be alot less $

Does anyone know if the free child tickets through the Pepsi deal or any other discounted tickets are eligible for the $15 upgrade to two-days at the park? We spent two days at Legoland California when there were NO lines, and I'm afraid one day will be way too rushed for my Lego-fan family.

Will be interesting to here what it's like and whether they handle queues better than Windsor.

Windsor is a beautiful park with some nice rides but they seem to never have enough staff to handle the volume of people, we always seem to end up saying 'They're not as organised as Disney' :rotfl: The miniland USA looks awesome though.

You're not kidding - I found this place a nightmare. 40 minute plus queues, even for rides which were just boring!!

And dont get me started on the families who resembled tour groups who'd cut in line, block your path, use up tables by eating their own food instead of buying it there... And one of the families who actually tried to sneak their way too short kid on a coaster... Then the whole family (about 15 of them) kicked off and refused to get off the coaster when they told them the kid was a foot too short to ride!!!! We stood in line for 20 minutes before they eventually moved. Idiots

Well legoland florida was super quiet when we went - no queues so no pushing and no tour groups.

Well worth a visit if you have kids the correct age.

Lots of pics in my trip report - Everything but Disney on the UK trip reports board - Day 4 is legoland.

Grand opening OCt 15, 2011. I think I might need to find time for this in my winter trip.... My 3 year old will love it. We do Diz 2/3 times a year. He is over Epcot already. we can give up an Epcot day to give this a shot.
