Legitimate Work from Home Companies?

I'm clicking on Available Work, then I've bee choosing Edit Badly-Written English Paragraphs--just because it pays the most. I haven't tried the other options, but the some of the other moms posted that they were very quick.

The skip option is at the top of the directions they give you on the top of the page with the website your clicking on to edit. It is right next to the rate box. I'm sorry it's not working for you.:confused3

Hi Guys

According to PAYPAL, there is a 2.9% fee plus .30 for ALL incoming Money UNLESS the sender agrees to pay that money.
Just curious if anyone has received their money and then tried to transfer it to their own bank......was there ANY fee incurred.
It is on the paypal website.
I have incurred fees when someone sent me money, hate to see you guys think you made more than you actually do...

I hope that link was okay to post :confused3
OOps also wanted to mention there are limit numbers on how many transactions....

Thanks:thumbsup2

Very interesting, I thought that was only if your payment was marked that you sold 'goods'. I'll have to go check it out. None of the moms mentioned this and I know they always mention the fee when selling on ebay---I've never sold on ebay:confused3

Off to look:goodvibes.

Is anyone else worried about clicking on the links that you are supposed to edit?? I'm so worried about viruses on my computer....can you get a virus just by clicking a link?

Do the websites you're editing have an English tab you can click as an option---I just got one with several flags on the main page. I chose the U.S. one and it came up fine.

Which one are you selecting? I am in edit badly written english paragraphs when I click on the link at the bottom its all in chinese, how do I skip? or how can I get them in english so i can edit them??

I'm on a bunch of them---I don't think I have enough "real life" friends. They are talking about this on www.wahm.com and the gymbofriends site.

Again I do not know about this company but all the independent contract work I do I get paid through paypal - lets say the amount they owe me is 55.00. They put 55.00 into my paypal account and I see all 55.00 of it -- I have no idea what they pay paypal.

I then withdraw that money to my own bank account and I withdraw all 55.00 of it and all 55.00 of it shows up in my own bank account. I have done this for years without incurring any fees.

I do incurr fees through ebay sales but not through the independent contract work I do for many many many companies (mystery shopping).

Just wanted to wish everyone SUCCESS in your new endeavors!!!!
Nothing like making some extra cash for DISNEY :lmao:
(just don't forget to find out of the company is paying those paypal fees! )

And yes, when you sell on ebay and it gos into paypal (which is actually safest way to sell) they do take out the fee...but ANY $$ that comes in gets a fee, so atleast now, you can be prepared for it...maybe the company IS paying it:confused3 good luck!!

I keep getting that there are not any tasks available. I have reviewed though - it was easy.

But the one I reviewed was an Australian website :rotfl: I guess the person didn't know that English is their first language there.

Does it matter if Paypal takes the money? She just made $20 an hour and paypal took 90 cents of it. That's less than uncle sam takes out our paychecks.

I got that a couple times too. But there were more tasks when I checked in after a few minutes---that is too funny you got an Australian site--was there anything to correct?

I was on the second task - the first one is where people find the websites to be reviewed...then there is the task to review what has been submitted and see if it should be corrected (This is where I was so I gave them a poor rating), the 3rd step is writing and the 4th step is proofing what was written.

Thanks for the info. I have been having fun playing on there since reading about it...I recently have become a Stay at home mom and have been looking for things like this..Does anyone know of any other similar sites?

*sigh* this doesn't work for me :( most of the apps on facebook don't work right or don't work at all for me. not sure why. it just started about a week ago. i've defragged, updated IE, done a system restore (which failed TWICE) cleared cookies dozens of times...i'm out of ideas.

is there another way to get in that is NOT related to facebook?

i give up. i've tried IE and Firefox and facebook is just so screwed up, it won't work.

It's an app on facebook. I don't see anyway around it.

This is easy work - I feel bad scoring but it is really quick. It is amazing to me how many people have poor writing skills!!
