I enjoy Bright Hub because of their support of new writers. It is based on "channels" of information. I write for their Education K-12 channel and their World Language channel, since those are my areas of expertise. I am doing very well with over 600 views of only 5 articles.

This is not just an education website. They have channels on business, gaming, computers, parenting, and a lot more.

I'm not even sure of their pay structure, but I know I'm doing well enough already to have received a congratulatory email (personalized). There are blogging opportunities and the opportunity to move up into more senior management. If you're interested, just google Bright Hub, or PM me for the web addie.

I haven't done any real writing now for about 2 weeks, due to some health issues. I am having neck surgery next Mon. and already have 2 articles ready to submit for dec. I had several assignments for DS expire while I was in the hospital and reallly don't care. I've received payment from them for a couple of articles and am very pleased with the expediency. Wish I could devote more time to it right now.

Does CloudCrowd still work? No available tasks?

Cloudcrowd keeps saying they will ahve new work, but rarely do they. And the whole site was done the other day.

I have found a great paid to click site. I am never big on them and jsut do the most popular ones like mypoints, but this one is blowing me away. I have made $117 there in 2 weeks. I do offers too, but the paid clicks net $2 a day, which is rare for most ptc sites. If you want info on it, jsut send me a pm.

I'm currently working from home as a Marketing Executive for a wonderful world-wide company. They make many products, but I don't have to sell them.

It was actually another member from here on the Dis that first told me about Work at Home United, and I'm so thankful she did!

I have out of town guests coming this afternoon for a few days so am too busy to mess with much today or tomorrow but I am interested in more legit stay at home gigs. I started writing for eHow.com (owned by Demand Studios) over the summer but have become frustrated with their quirky bugs and crazy article sweeps and general lack of communication with their writers. The publishing bugs are rampant. I spend a long time writing an article then have crazy problems trying to get it published (sometimes it "eats" titles and then you've blown your keywords). Then when I DO get something published that starts earning they go thru & delete things. I lost 3 articles in the last sweep, 2 were starting to earn their fare share. It also appears that their ad revenue has been dropping since around mid-October. I had made payout every month until now. I do not think I will even hit the $10 minimum this month. Very sad operation over there. They also don't respond very promptly to reported bugs & issues. They run with a skeleton crew.

I have done some work on CloudCrowd but as others have said, their available work is hit & miss. They posted some work on Monday evening but I wasn't home when the email came out so I missed it. I tried some of those newer tasks but I feel their instructions for those are too complicated & time consuming for 50 cents...AND it's very easy to screw them up and ruin your credibility rating. I really wish they DID offer work 24/7 as they indicate they hope to eventually.

Crystal - could you PM me with more info. about your marketing opportunity? (I am NOT interested in putting any money out up front tho.)

Jenseib - about how much time was involved in the pay to click work for the $117? Would there be potential for more with more time? I would definitely like to hear more about that one! I'd really, really like to figure out a way to make a couple hundred a week somehow! LOL... I know, I need to get a grip right?
