The concept of "Due Process" is actually only applicable to when the government does something. Relationships between individuals and entities are governed by other laws, and basically those laws hold that anything we agreed to as members, including the responsibility for the charges assessed to our guests, and forfeiture of our ownership interest in the absence of our making good on those charges, is valid and enforceable. If we feel we've not be treated well, in that regard, our remedy is to sue. We cannot get injunctive relief (i.e., due process through the courts before the sanction is applied -- as a matter of fact, we cannot make use of the courts in this matter until a sanction is applied).
