Legacy Park

Okay, I tried searching the forums for information on this subdivision, but have been getting "503 Service Unavailable" for an hour , so decided to go ahead and post.

Can anyone tell me if they have any information on this development? I have found a really good deal on a house rental, but want to make sure it is a nice place to stay.

Any info would be appreciated. Thanks!

Legacy Park is a new development which I believe is still being built in some parts -it is quite a big place with several different builders and sub sections to it.It is situated about 1 and a half miles south from the 192/27 junction and is convenient for two Publix supermarkets take out eating areas and the super Walmart on 27 going north.It is an easy drive to 192 and all that has to offer plus you can use Sherberth Road and Osecola parkway to get anywhere you like fairly easily .All in all a good position.

my DH and I almost bought a home there last summer. One of the builders is Transeastern Homes. If you go to their website, they have some info on Legacy Park.

Thanks for the help so far. I have heard back from the owner, who has offered me an even better price than the great, discounted rate on the Holiday Rentals website . She also sent the direct website for the house and all of the pictures are lovely. This house has everything we wanted and then some. I've checked the ownership at the Polk County Clerk of Court website and that all checks out. I also got the name of the management company who handles the house. I know there were posts detailing what questions to ask both the owner and the management company, but I can't get the search to work so that I can ask those questions. Can anybody remind me what the important things to ask are? Thanks!
