Can you get the Mushroom Filet Mignon and an
optional Lobster Tail added on and covered in
the Disney Dining Plan??

Also, is it possible to order the Grilled Beef
Tenderloin Kabob or a steak without the
rubbing spices or sauces?? In other words,
can you special order things to better suite
the person's appetite style.. Not sure that
my DDs (14/16) would like the house chili
rub, etc..

Optional add-ons are generally not included in the dining plan at 1 TS restaurants.

You can surely ask for steaks to be prepared to donenes as you'd like, and without sauces. There may be a problem getting unmarinated kabobs, since marination takes time, and the kitchen may or may not have set aside some of the correct type of meat unmarinated. Generally, however, full-service restaurant chefs will work with guests who express specific dietary requirements and preferences. I'm sure you can work something out together, if necessary.
