Leaving tomorrow for 6 days at the world.

Here's what I'm taking:
Canon 50D
Canon 50mm lens
Canon 100-300 lens (AK only probably because it's so dang heavy)
Canon 28-135 lens
Tokina 10-17 fisheye lens (rented!)
Tripod
Shutter release
12 gigs of memory
Computer to dump photographs
Portable hard-drive for backup storage

Any photography pointers for some great pictures anyone wants to offer, especially with the Tokina?

I can't wait to use my camera there, as this will be the first trip made with it.

No pointers, but have a great trip---can't wait to see some shots when you get back! :woohoo:

Have a great time. Looks like your camera bag is adequately stocked for your visit. My only suggestion, and it's based more on my preferred shooting style, would be to consider taking your tele-zoom to the other parks as well as AK. WDW is full of detail and of course, people shots (CM's, characters, etc.) that really lend themselves to the background-blurring characteristics of a longer focal length.

Just my $0.02.

I just may do that. We will have 2 days at MK, 2 days at EP, I at DHS, 1 at AK. May be that I don't bring it every day but 1 day @ MK and EP.

DH isn't coming on this trip, so I am the pack mule for both girls. Trying to keep my load relatively light because I know I will end up carrying stuff for them also ;).

have fun! I found i like fisheye results more where there is an obviously distorted line , ie horizon, railing something straight to start with, and if i had the horizon lower. at a 1.6 crop if you shoot with the horizon straight ahead it doesn't look all that fish eyed

I'm going for the completely distorted angle with that lens ;), just wish the Fedex guy would hurry up and get here so I could start playing with it!
