Leaving tomorrow....

DD and I are leaving for our trip tomorrow! We have no ADRs, just tickets, MNSSHP (10/02) tickets and a room at POFQ. Thanks to the podcast for all the information, helping us get excited and making us laugh. Plenty of white t-shirts packed for the water rides.

Our friends gave us two big bags full of stuff (sun lotion, water bottle holders, halloween pooh and eyeore, chips, candy and more). Should have take a picture. It was a nice surprise.

I did get a basket for DD and I. Here is the pic:

We will be at Epcot on Friday (my birthday) and Saturday. Here is the shirt I am wearing on Friday....if you see me say hello.

Weather really worked in our favor. 80s during the day, Thurs/Fri/Sat not a drop of rain. Humidity didn't kill us either. I only had to put on sunblock once at the beginning of the day. In the summer when I go usually 4 times a day.

Sunday temp was the same, rain came in for about an hour. Mickey ponchos and Crocs allowed us to continue on and we went to RnR and Beauty and Beast Show.

Monday was hot, humid and sunny for a good part of the day, it really felt like summer. Around 4:30 or so, the rain started and lasted at least 3 hours. Again Mickey ponchos and Crocs and went on several rides, but when I saw the lightning close to the castle I called it a day. We had been waiting on the parade. So I missed my chance at the parade and fireworks.
