Alright all you sushi lovers that have eaten at CG....What should I order?;)

I love all sushi and sashimi.:)

If you like spicy foods my husband says the volcano roll is really good.

I prefer plain old salmon and tuna nigiri, which we thought was quite tasty at CG.

Have a great trip! :goodvibes

My DD always gets the tuna three ways, here's a photo (sorry it's dark):

I like the rainbow roll:

and the spicy sensation:

Enjoy!

Another vote for the Tuna Three Ways. I think we have gotten it every time we've been to CG, and we've never been disappointed.

They had a chef's special when we were there. We ordered that. It was fabulous.

OH MY!! Those look fabulous! I was told not to get seafood at any WDW restaurant? Is that not true??? We are going to CG. Is the sushi good there???

Sushi at California Grill is just about the best anywhere I've found. I wish I had the menu from October in front of me, but it's at home. I know we had the Snake in the Grass roll, but I don't remember what the other one was, but both were fantastic.

Yoshie is allegedly one of the top sushi chefs in the country. Her sushi lives up to that reputation.

You'll be missing out on some fine food if you do this! bluezoo, Fulton's, Flying Fish are all excellent seafood restaurants.:thumbsup2

I generally don't much care for the seafood in the WDW restaurants that don't specialize in seafood. It's usually pretty good at the signature restaurants, and the sushi at CG is wonderful... not to be missed if you like sushi.

Yes, we eat seafood at several WDW restaurants, and always find it very good. Cali Grill, Narcoossee's, Flying Fish, blueZoo, Hollywood Brown Derby, Artist Point - we've gotten good seafood at all of these. Oh, and V&A's, of course.

The sushi at CG is very good, we always order it when we are there - and we have a very good sushi restaurant near us. My DD dreams of Yoshi's tuna three ways, lol.

I'm in the minority here, but last weekend we split a bottle of wine and some appy's while the fireworks were going off and I LOVED the Spicy Kazan Roll -- crab, shrimp, bay scallops, tuna, and fireball sauce. It was so good, we ordered another one after we devoured the first!
