Leaving in 9 days & No ME Tags ??

I'm okay with not having the ME Tags , but I'm curious - is there anything else in the package that I really should have? Or are y'all just receiving the luggage tags and that's all in the package?

Like I said, no ME Tags is no big deal. We'll just grab our luggage and golf clubs ourselves. But, I'm wondering if I need to call about any important papers that we must have they may be in the ME Tag package.

Good idea. I'll call. Just trying to avoid calling - the "on-hold" time is horrific! One time I called, was put on hold, then they disconnected me. When I went to call back - it was "after-hours" and too late. Bummer.

I am pleasantly surprised. We are leaving in 20 days and came home today to find our ME package on the doorstep. It had been FedExed. Maybe this is a preview of good things to come! I hope yours arrive too!

Last Friday 6/10 my family grabbed their luggage & got on the ME bus & were at WL in less than an hour. they landed at 3:05 pm.

We did not get our luggage tags either. We got our luggage and took it to the ME desk on the bottom floor of the terminal. It wasn't too big of a deal, although I must say I am not completely comfortable with the thought of my luggage sitting around on the floor until Mears decides to pick it up. They could pick it up from baggage claim hours after you arrive. We didn't have a hard time without our "package" at all.

It's nice to hear positive reports. I have found myself going back and forth on whether to give ME a try. Our flight arrives at MCO at 8:30, so I am a little hesitant about reports that the luggage doesn't get to you for several hours. I'm still trying to decide whether we should just take our own luggage and not let it go through the ME process. Any thoughts?

Why not use ME and just pack one bag with what you may need for several hours. I am not sure if you are arriving AM or PM but take what you would need for awhile till the luggage catches up with you.

Our plane arrived at 8:15 am. We stored our luggage at luggage services at POFQ, and were at Epcot by 11:00 am. I thought they would take our bags to our room while we were gone, but they didn't. We had to ring them up when we got back to the room around 8, but everything turned out fine.

Oops! Our flight arrives at 8:30 p.m. and that is why I was concerned about a 5 hour lag before we got our luggage.
