Leaving for WDW Sunday - need help!

We're leaving for our first trip to WDW this Sunday morning and all of the sudden I have lots of questions so if anyone can help I would love it!
1. Are there any Bank of American ATMs on site?
2. We're on the Deluxe Dining Plan - can we charge our tips to our room?
3. I have a small backpack - can I carry it inside the park to hold my camera and things like that? If so, what do I do with it when I go on rides?

I don't know about the ATM's or Dining Plan because I haven't used them. The backpack will be searched but it can be taken into the park. If it's small you can carry it onto most rides and hold it in your lap if it's uncomfortable leaving it on your back. My DW always takes a bag in with her and doesn't have any problems on the rides.

My DW just told me that you can charge the tips to the room with your KTTW card.
