Leaving first week of June ME thread

We're leaving May 31. No ME tags here, but seeing as how none of you have the yet either, I have faith.

I have done a lot of thinking about whether or not to even do the magical express, but with all of the $$ concerns, I just have to. I hope that Disney comes through on this one for us.

We're leaving June 5th and no ME tags yet. I'm glad I'm not alone based on everyone's posts!!

I did call them and they did read me off all of my flight information correctly, so that's good isn't it?

Yes, I think that is good. I won't start freaking out until 5 days before my trip, even then I have seen people post and when they called they were overnighted tags via FedEx. Hoping it won't come to that but nice to know it's an option. Glad I started this thread though, it's nice to know we aren't the only one's waiting.

Leaving on June 2nd, no tags.
However not worried, in fact I would really just prefer they collect my luggage for me and deliver it to the resort.
I'm not quite sure how to get this done and know they haven't honed the system yet enough for it to work even if they don't want this to happen.
But the opposite if just as unfortunately possible, that I have to ride the bus for them to handle my bags, but they might mess that up by accident as well.
Too many unknowns and bugs in the system at this time to experiment.
I was hoping that might have been running smoother by now (with good reports) and I could have determined the process for them to handle my bags.
Before everyone gets all bent out of shape, we are staying on property and paying more than enough $$$ to cover the costs that are incurred with ME, so save the flaming for another topic please.

Leaving June 1st here. No tags yet. Talked to my TA yesterday and she said ME "assured" her that they were coming. I am going to collect the rest of my stuff from her Wednesday if the tage don't show up and work on making my own. I have faith that everything will work out. There are lots of posts about this and it seems that it always works out.

We just got our ME tags by Fed Ex today. We leave June 4 for Pop Century. They didn't have any flight information on them so we called to make sure they had it and they didn't seem too.
Somehow there was a bit of confusion on our reservation since we had two reservations, both for Pop but when we made it they could only do 13 nights with 2 reservations. So now our inbound flight information is on our first reservation & our outbound on our second reservation. So hopefully that is all taken care of.

For Pop we have a green mickey head that says AK on it. We got 2 packets since there are 7 in our party - 2 tags per person.

WE GOT OURS TODAY!!!! YES!!!! My husband just called me at work and told me the luggage tags for ME had arrived. I am so excited. I need to call them though because they have our outgoing flight info but not our incoming. Do you think that is a big deal or do they just look for the ME tags and pull them all and take them to the proper resort? I will give them a call and see what they say.

Yeah, I think you should call. We have the opposite - our incoming flight info is listed but not outgoing (despite the fact that I called a couple of times and they rattled the correct info off on the phone). I'll be calling to make sure the information is there.

However, we are having our wedding limo pick us up at the airport so I am not too concerned.

Disney Fairy Tale Weddings gives you a limo for four hours and we don't really need it so we are using it to pick us up.

Mine came in a FedEx package today It has the correct flight info for the trip down, but none listed for our return.

I have 3 in my party so I expected 6 tags, 2 a piece. They sent 8, I guess thats better than 4!

Also got my DDE card in the mail today, I feel complete!

Friends are leaving on June 4th and they got their ME package today!

I hope the FedEx man shows up tomorrow. I have already called DME directly to make sure our info is correct (it wasn't). Oh please, Mr FedEx man! Come to my door!!

We got ours today!!! FedEx left the envelope while we were at work. We leave June 4th for 10 nights at Pop Century. All the info on the materials both arriving and departing is CORRECT. I am so happy!!!

I called and gave them the info again on our incoming flight. I don't understand how they didn't have this because I called them directly a week ago with it. ANYWAY, they have it now and say it won't be a problem because when they scan the barcode on the tag it will bring up the info currently in their system and now they have incoming and outgoing info correct, here's hoping : )
