We're leaving for a straight through drive tomorrow morning.:woohoo: I was looking up rest stop in Georgia in case we need quick potty/nap breaks. On the Georgia DOT website, only some of the rest stops are listed as having restrooms open 24 hours a day. Other ones just say restrooms available. Does anyone know if that means some don't have over night rest rooms? If so, what time do they close? I never thought I'd have one of those last minute panic questions, but I did.:guilty:

If I remember correctly, the ones not listed as 24 hours a day have restrooms that are accessed outdoors and not monitored outside of their normal business hours. The restrooms themselves are open. They don't have anyone available for assistance/questions.

Thank you...I wa so worried about this...though I didn't mention it to DW.:rolleyes1 Turns out that the restrooms are open, just not monitored. The two we stopped at were bustling with activity.

Unless it has changed, many rest areas along I75 in GA only have restrooms open from 6 AM to 10 PM. I remember having to change a child's clothes because the doors were locked and we didn't make it to the next exit in time.
