Hi Y'all!

We'll be in the Orlando area next week (Aug 3-9), and I would like to take the family to Typhoon Lagoon one day (thinking maybe Tuesday) and Disney Quest another (prob Wed).

Are there days where historically either of those venues are less crowded than other days? We are pretty flexible with our plans.

Also, sounds like I should buy our tix before Sunday??? Even for these two venues?:confused3

TIA!:yay:

Psst! Disney Quest tends to be less crowded on sunny days and more crowded on rainy days.

LOL; yes, I'd guessed that already! I think we will definitely avoid DQ if it is raining - bet TyphLagoon won't be as crowded then!:rotfl:

Thanks for the tip!

Disney Quest start to get busy w/ teenagers around 6pm and then it's really crowded. TL is always busy in the summer, yes, there are less locals week-days but it's still crowded. Get there early!

Florida schools don't go back till the 18th of August so no help for you there.

Have a fun time!

Thanks! We went to Blizzard Beach in mid-Aug '06; I don't remember the crowds being unreasonable at all; lines, yes, but not unreasonably so.

We thought we'd give TL a try this time!:thumbsup2 I also looked at Aquatica (gasp!!! this from a Disney Loyalist! ), but ulimately think we'll give TL a try.:woohoo:

Sundays are actually great times to go to the water parks. Most people are leaving on a weekend and try and cram in more time at either Epcot/MK.

We normally always visit TL on a Sunday and are always pleased.
