Don't see much about Le Chefs de France for dinner. What are your thoughts? I have it booked in Epcot but also have Garden Grill booked -- which will be our 4th character meal of the week (we have 3 young kids and it's our first trip). I feel like we should be eating at a restaurant in Epcot so I booked Le Chefs (not a lot left to choose from as we are going in May) because the menu looked good and a good value for the DDP and I'm wondering if Garden Grill might give one of us motion sickness (DH got sick there when he was a kid). Is one much better than the other? Any opinions/thoughts is greatly appreciated!:dance3:

We have les chefs booked this month.. I keep questioning it but have decided to give it a shot.

We ate ate Chefs in July of 2010 and I wasn't particularly impressed. We were kind of crammed in there (at least where we were seated) and I had to ask for different silverware because the spoon wasn't clean.

Our server was a French girl and it was neat to listen to her but it was really loud in there so kinda' hard to hear. The chef came out to talk to people to see if they were enjoying their food, which was cool, only I was expecting him to be dressed in "chef" garb and he just had on dress pants/shirt.

The food was good though, and our 9 year old and almost 2 year old liked their food also.

We did go during the busiest time of year, so maybe they were really trying to cram in as many people as possible but it would have been nicer with a little bit more space!

Chefs de France is one of our favorites and we eat there every time we go. Give it a try!

This is one of our favorites. DD(9) requests a repeat visit each trip - she loves the escargot.

Debbie Downer here! Chefs used to be one of our faves, but the quality began slipping a few years ago until it finally reached rock bottom during our last visit. The food and service were terrible. I can recommend Via Napoli, La Hacienda, Le Cellier and Teppan Edo for table service. Several counter service spots in Epcot also are good. Boardwalk is just a short walk away, and I highly recommend Flying Fish. Cape May Buffet also is a good bet. If you keep your ressie for Chefs, I hope you'll have a good experience. Have a magical trip!

Chefs is one of our favourite restaurants, we have always had excellent service and good food. We eat there most years we go to Disney (usually lunch).

Also - We have had great interaction with Remy! The Children and the Adults love it!

We just ate lunch there last week for the first time (got in without a ressie during spring break) and really enjoyed it. We ADORE escargot so as soon as I saw those on the menu out front I knew I would love it. We had visited Paris last summer for a few days so it brought back some good memories and it was fun to practice our French again with the servers.

In addition to the escargot I had the crepes, DH had the quiche and DS had the pre-fixed menu with French Onion soup and the macaroni & cheese. We all enjoyed everything we ordered. We used the bread to sop up the remaining garlic butter sauce from the escargot - OMG was THAT delish!!

The visit from Remy was a nice touch too and we would definitely go there again. :thumbsup2

Does Remy appear on a regular schedule, or is it hit-or-miss? Ratatouille is our 3-year-old's favorite Disney film by far.

We ate there last Sept. The food is okay. We like the atmosphere & that it was a cool break from the heat. I believe Remy can be hit or miss. There is a set time for him to come around, but sometimes he doesn't show. I guess when he's not feeling well. ;)

We ate there on our last visit in 2010 and really enjoyed both the food and service. In fact, we enjoyed it so much it is the only repeat restaurant we are planning on doing when we return this September!

With so many restaurants to try, we usually don't revisit many restaurants!
We just want to try as many new restaurants as we can!

We ate at les chefs in sept and our kids ages 5 and 8 loved it. Try to be there when the rat from ratatouille is making his rounds. It was a lot of fun. The food was wonderful. My older son said it was his favorite meal all week. It should be a nice change from the character meals. The atmosphere is nice and quiet. I think you will enjoy it, especially if you like french food. The crepes were great.

We've eaten at Chefs de France many times, and it is a favorite of ours! I love the atmosphere - especially if we get a "window" seat! I love the filet - it is so good!!!! That's what I order every time we go!! The creme brulee is also really good!!!

We've always had good service, and have always enjoyed our meals!
