Le Cellier with young kids?

Our younger one was 2 the first time she ate at Le Cellier. While she's always been very good in restaurants, LC is also pretty loud, it's in the park i.e. gets in park type of clientele and the tables are close, so I didn't feel out of place with her there either. I don't think it's so much of an age thing as it is the specific child and the parents. Last time we were there, we were seated next to a little girl (maybe 5 or 6) and she was a nightmare...and the parents did nothing.
