I'm trying to finalize my plans for our Sept trip (yes, I know we are late) and want your advice. So far I am planning on CRT (lunch), Chef Mickeys (dinner), LTT (dinner), Ohanas (dinner), 50's Prime Time, Whispering Canyon (dinner), and Le Cellier (dinner). We are on the dining plan for 7 nights.

So, I am reconsidering Le Cellier. We decided to go there because everyone talks about how great the food is and how good of a value it is on the dining plan. However, I don't think my kids will be into it at all and will just find it very boring. Also, while we love a good steak, dh and I aren't fancy food people.

I am thinking of dumping it for another character meal or something else fun. Should I keep it or replace it? What should I replace it with? I would love your opinions.

We eat a Le Cellier on every trip to Disney. We enjoy the food but I can see where kids (no kids here) might get bored as there is not any entertainment.

We are going in September for the first time. We are taking DS(4) and DS(2.5) I figure with the Dining Plan, it will be worth it.

If you look at the children's menu, it should be fine for them

Pasta and Tomato Sauce - $4.99

The following items come with choice of fries or corn:

Cheeseburger - $4.99
Hot Dog - $4.99
Chicken Nuggets - $4.99
6 ounce Steak - $8.99
Grilled Chicken $6.99

Desserts

Northern Lights - Vanilla ice cream, your choice of soda pop and a glowing red luma cube $5.99

Campfire S'mores - $3.99

Chocolate "Moose" - $3.99

It doesn't sound like you are too keen on Le Cellier anyway. I would skip it.
I had the chicken there not long ago and it was very good. DH had a steak he aid was "okay". (He still likes the steak at Kona Cafe the best.)
I would go somewhere more special.
How about Morocco and have the kids dance with the belly dancer? :cool1:

LeCellier is good. I have found many other restaurants to be better. But if you do not go, you won't know.

We are travelling with our dd's 1 & 3 and are doing alot of buffets and fun meals but decided to do Le Cellier because it offers grilled chicken and steak on there children's menu: our dd's fav foods. Have a great trip!
