Except, they're likely going by the same source that we are here, and just calling it fact. (The brochure).
While I'm expecting it to be true, I do recognize that Disney's proofreading department is pretty pitiful at a lot of things, and the dining plan brochures are certainly one of them!
Unless they got their own verification via Disney, then their guess is as good as ours

It also opens up the possibility for them to really increase the offerings at LC, since they'd no longer have to keep the "cheap stuff" for lunch and could offer a true signature experience for both meals. Of course, that's my optimism, they could very well keep it the same and just rake in the extra cash too
