I booked out tee times about 30 days out (thanks to the wife's urging). But one of the guys playing with us that day had just showed up and got slotted in. Honestly, can't imagine you couldn't get a tee time given that most of the time we were at SSR it seemed the course was really slow. I would just say if you want need a specific tee time (like something really early) probably better to call ahead and book it

I played at Magnolia a couple weeks ago, and the course was empty. You should have no problem getting on even at the last minute...

Well, DH finally played LBV 2 weeks ago and it is now his favorite. We were staying at AKV so he did have to drive there but is looking forward to playing again in March.

That's funny cause LBV is one of the reasons we bought at OKW! The preview building porch looked out at one of the greens, can't remember the number, and we were sold..

Us, too! When we went to the preview villa, it was the one on #7, at least I THINK that's the one. We love that the golf course goes right through the villas. You can take pictures like this-

Can one play just 9 holes? Get a few lessons before play? I've had rotator cuff issues, so its been awhile since I golfed. Planning on surgery soon, so am hoping to get back on the golf course by fall!!
