Layover at RDU

I live in Raleigh and take my kids there often. There is no easy way to go from the terminals to the observation park easily. It is further out from the main terminals near the private hangers. Sorry.

We love driving out on Sundays and watch the planes come in and go out. I'm not sure how you would get out to the deck to watch since you're waiting to fligh out again. You could contact the information desk and ask. This a link about other things to do.

Thanks! My DH has a cousin that lives not too far and she may stop in to see us while we are there...just looking for things to do while we have a quick visit
