Hello everyone! Welcome to the new challenge for this week! This is open to all scrappers: digital/blended/hybrid/traditional paper!!!! Everyone is WELCOME!!!


This will be another pagemaps challenge and it's a fairly easy one! I love this layout because it's easy to work with and doesn't require you to have a whole bunch of really small pictures or one giant picture.

I really hate journaling so please don't think that you need to use that whole space for writing!

The winner will be drawn on 4/20 around 8pm EST!

I probably won't get to mine until at least Thursday but I'll post it when I finish! Happy Scrapping!

I sorta did this one tonight. I had a lot more pictures so I kinda modified it and turned it in to a double layout. I'll post it later tonight or tomorrow. I really like the sketch.

I've used it before and I really like it...it's a simple enough layout but you can really make it look different just be flipping it, or changing the embellishments.

These challenges are for both paper and digital scrappers- the page map is a regular site that paper scrappers use for getting layout ideas. The winner is picked randomly from all entries and they host the next challenge- we had been doing challenges that were posted every 2 weeks and lasted 2 weeks although the last couple have been for 1 week.

No need right now...I just have been so busy with my new job and such that I have not had time to scrap. I just finished up a page and my poor G had a little dust on it!

I just started up again and all of my stuff had been stored in one of those rolling crates in the room with my birds...there is bird seed and feathers in the crate with all of my supplies LOL so don't feel bad

I am SOOOO glad I found a bunch of ladies who openly admit that they hate to journal! LOL!
I really love to let the pictures speak for themselves. And from personal experience...no one who has ever looked at my albums ever took the time to actually read any journaling. They were too busy enjoying the pictures!

It's SO true! When I first got into scrapping about 10 years ago (wow! has it really been that long?!), I was told to journal everything - "just because you know who everyone is, and what was going on, doesn't mean the "reader" always will" is what I was told. But I HATE it! My handwriting, for one thing, is not very pretty. It's never consistent, I write on a slant most of the time (I'm lucky if I can even get stickers on straight!), and it's pretty much guaranteed that I will mess up at least one word. No one ever reads it anyway, and when they are looking at my scrapbooks, I'm sitting right there with them! I can easily tell them who is who, and what is what. With that said, here is my LO (finally) and notice that I did NOT journal!
