Layout Challenge 3/17 - 3/27 - Winner Announced!

Sorry to have been MIA the last couple of days. So here is the next challenge. It is a double challenge, using both the sketch below and colors.

In honor of St. Patricks day, you must use the color green prominently in your layout.

This challenge will remain open to anyone who wants to participate from today until the 27th. A winner will be drawn and posted on the 28th. Good luck !

Hey everyone!

Great sketch, Denise! It's definitely out of my comfort zone with all of the uneven edges (and that scalloped border on the bottom! ) but I am totally in! I took tomorrow off from work JUST to work on scrapping!

Cute sketch and nice idea. Not sure if I will get into it this month, as I am finishing up our DL album and trying to get some kits made up for CKC. I'll print it and put it on my work table just in case!..............P

that looks quite a challenge for a newbie like me! I think I'll have to do a paper scrapbook page for this one. I think I can do it, although not perhaps the edge of the paper which will have the title on it.

Can I just ask, how close to the sketch do we have to get? This is only the second page that I'm going to make for a Dis Challenge so I'm not sure if there are any 'rules'.

OK so I had a few spare hours tonight after work so I completed my layout for this challenge! The measurements aren't quite right in the bottom portion and I took a few liberties with the embellishments, but overall it was easier than I thought it would be!
