Layar and Tweets on Android?

Somewhere (I wish I remember where) I saw a post about using the Layar app and a Twitter app (I wish I remembered which one) on an Android phone. The combination of these two apps allowed people to see the tweets generated near them and where they were coming from. this was supposedly very interesting to watch while at WDW. They could figure out who were the CMs generating tweets!

Does anyone know the Android app to pair with Layar to do this?
