And even then, there are occasional schedule changes, right up to when the program starts.It probably has to do with the celebrity and star narrators have ever changing schedules. When a great, career making job comes in for them, Disney doesn't want to have to constantly announce schedule changes. That would piss off or disappoint people more, who purposely booked to see them, than just waiting to October, once the celebrities' schedules are pretty much set for the end of the year.

I've seen quite a few over the years, some multiple times - Blair Underwood, Whoopi Goldberg, Neil Patrick Harris, Draymond John, Gary Sinise, Edward James Olmos - last year, I ended up with Ralph Macchio in his first year. The Fonz will be another new one.
