How long a drive on a Thursday about 6:30 pm?

Looooooooooong. My suggestion--bring some really good cds, you'll need them. It would be over an hour for sure.

Its a good 45 on a decent day- You'll be at the end of rush hour but still I'd estimate a decent hour and a half to get to DL-

It depends on the freeways you take too. Your ideal route would be 105 East > 605 South > 91 East > 5 South. An hour should be sufficient barring any SigAlerts.
