Has anyone been able to find those individually wrapped laundry detergent tablets lately? I have been looking, not especially hard, but when I'm shopping for laundry detergent, and I haven't been able to find them. We leave Friday...help! Thanks.
I do not know if you have a Wal-mart in your area, but that is where I found mine. They were in the travel size section in the health and beauty aids. Good Luck.
I am not seeing them like I used to which makes me sad.....I loved those even at home. Anyway, try the grocery store I know I found some there and then at Wal Mart I saw a travel size Tide that was liquid but made for travel...GOOD LUCK!!
I was hoping Tide tablets would show up in the grocery store for the summer. DD is a college student, who finds them very convenient to use, and we haven't been able to find them anywhere. We even tried the Tide website and went to the store that was supposed to sell them, but they were not there.
Before the tablets were available, I used powdered detergent. I would measure it and double bageed it in sandwich bags. This worked well. No spillage and no measuring. I have also seen small (4 load?) bottles of liquid tide. I just always worry they will leak.
Thanks for all of the help! I went on the website and it actually said mostly CVS/REVCO pharmacies which surprised me. I will be checking it out tomorrow!
I found them! They were at a CVS pharmacy. The web site also said they should be at a local Walgreens, which they were not. But I will be saving those for trips only since they are so hard to find! Thanks again for all of your help!
We've alwasy just used small disposable 'containerware' to bring along our detergent...and duct taped it closed. Much less effort than hunting down anything special....but we also drive so size of the package isn't important.
Wow, thanks for the "heads up" in this post! I had no idea they weren't as readily available. Used to be at our local grocery. Checked today. NOPE! checked the tide website, at least 5 miles! Not what I expected from the greater Chicagoland area! Guess I should go check the basement and see how much we have left over from our last trip! lol
