Laughing Place Radio

Is Laughing Place Radio gone? Lately when I try to get it I get a message saying "LP Radio isn't broadcasting on our system right now". Does anyone know what's going on?

Doobie stopped at the end of 2003. He posted a note saying that new laws made it too expensive to continue. He said that they hoped to eventually start it up again, but didn't know if they could.
