Just wondering if any DISers have eaten here, I've read very good reviews and the menu seems appealing to me. In June 2011, they are introducing a new Brazilian Steakhouse here which could possibly be a very good meal!

Unfortunately, I'm 18 (I've already moaned enough to my family about how 'unfair' it is, to have just turned 18 and go on a holiday where I cannot enjoy a cocktail! ;)) and I have a young step-sister who is 8, and I know in certain restaurants in Citywalk, under 21s cannot go in past a certain time. Has anyone had any problem bringing Under 21s in just to the restaurant at any time?

We have the flexticket+ so admission into CityWalk wouldn't be a problem.

Apart from that, how was the food? Is it worth a visit?

Thanks in advance :goodvibes

Latin quarter etc, if you are under 21 you MUST leave at 9pm, no exceptions.
One place you might enjoy is margaritaville, we usually have late dinners when we eat here, and they have a group that plays arond 9:30 till i think 2am, we left at 1am, DD15 is with us and kids are welcome to stay, but still no cocktails for under21s:confused:

You don't need a CityWalk club ticket to dine at any of the CityWalk restaurants including Latin Quarter. There is no fee or ticket for CityWalk itself. You only need a ticket to go clubbing and unfortunately, the clubs are 21+. The Groove is doing teen nights for ages 15-19 every Wednesday June 8th through August 17th from 8pm to midnight. $10 Numerous downtown Orlando clubs allow 18+ but of course, no alcoholic drinks.

At LQ, I've rarely seen people still dining at 10pm when the club/DJ starts but I have seen some....including children. So I don't think you'll be forced out at 9pm. The main Latin Quarter dining is downstairs which is also where the bar and club are. The new Brazilian steakhouse will be upstairs so if you're dining there, even less of a problem.

The food at Latin Quarter is delicious with large servings. Of course the Brazilian steak house will be all you can eat for a set price.

Sorry, but the 21-year old drinking age is strictly enforced.

I'm familiar with the strictness of the drinking, that isn't an issue.
But thankyou for the prompt replies! Hopefully will check it out or Margaritaville on the next trip :thumbsup2
