Latest time to enter DL from DCA?

Hi everyone!

I'm going to Disneyland next week, and the the parks close at 8:00 on the first two days of my trip (sigh).

My plan for day 1 is to try to be in Carsland at sunset (around 7:10) and then head over to DL to get in line for PP right before close.

But I'm wondering if DL normally stops admitting people at any point (assuming no crowd issues). Like, if I get to the turnstiles 10 minutes before close, is there a possibility they wouldn't let me in?

They generally will continue to admit until park closing.

But keep in mind sometimes there are long lines going in to DL from DCA late in the evening, so don't wait until the last minute.
