Hi, me and my DGF have 11:00 pm reservations at Tschoup Chop on the 4th of July. We wanted to watch the fireworks, and then go for a late romantic dinner. 
Anyway, my question is this....when you book reservations that late, do they "rush" you to leave, and do they still offer the full menu?
