Latest ADR Time in Park?

I’m trying to plan out restaurants and dining times to reserve but am unsure how late I can book a reservation in parks. For instance, if Animal Kingdom is scheduled to close at 5, does Yak and Yeti take reservations right up until closing and we eat when the park is closed or do they take the last reservation an hour or so earlier so people will finish eating by closing time? (I just used that park and restaurant as an example - I’m looking for in general. Although Yak & Yeti and Biergarten are two that I am specifically looking at).

Yes, some restaurants do ADRs that are right at park close, and then when you finish dining you walk through a mostly empty park on your way out.
