You do work up a sweat on it and you can really feel it working your muscles, the only trouble is that mine gathers dust as I can hardly ever be bothered to use it!!

I am a home exercise equipment junkie and the Lateral Thigh Trainer was not one of my successes. The bottom line was I just didn't enjoy using it enough and eventually gave it away. So not something I'd recommend TBH.

LOL - that sounds like my exercise bike, though it does come in handy to hang the ironing on

I bought my pink one from ebay. Still can't understand why I bought it because I'm a member of a gym. Sits gathering dust now in our spare room

Thanks all for your comments.Ive gone for it and baught it from Amazon at £49.99.My plan is to do it for half hour Mon - Fri at 7 p.m. when I watch Emmerdale.
Will let you know if I stick to that resolution1!!!
