Later check in...

I will be checking to the BCV thru DVC points after 6 PM, day before T day. I have a later flight this time. I have never check in this late before.

Just wondering if anyone exp. later check in, did you get the worse rooms??

Bump.....same question.....we'll be checking in tomorrow around 7-8 p.m. We only have a standard room reserved, so I'm not expecting any great view anyway, but we are hoping for a room near the bus stop. Any ideas how we'll do?

I've found that BWV usually preassigns rooms. My last time at BWV we got standard room 3002 which is down near Jellyrolls, as far as possible from the bus stop (we did check-in around 1:00 but our room was not ready). We had requested 3123, which is above the pond in front. If you get a low # (last 3 digits), ask if anything else is available if you want to be close to the entrance and bus stop.

When we stayed at OKW last month, we did not arrive until about 8:00pm and we did not get a great room, I don't believe they pre-assigned because the cm was searching her computer looking for a room.

Although I haven't had that experience at BCV (where you are), I did check into a BWV standard view last year after 6:00 and got a lovely view.

I checked in a midnight at BWV and got the best view I had ever had there. you never know.
