This is a partial truth that agents sometimes use to create a sense of false urgency. Florida law requires an offer to be valid for seven days. They can change the terms after that, but (usually!) if they've published a set of purchase incentives, those incentives will be valid to the end of the published term. There have been a few exceptions to this---I think the OKW fire sale was cut short---but they are rare.He told us the current “member deal” was only good for 7 days.
You also have ten days after signing to cancel the sale---again, provided by Florida law.
