Really I think $1.49 per point sounds better. But when I buy resale I work hard to reduce that per point negotiation, maybe that’s why.15% savings sounds better![]()

Around 60 bucks for fl resorts for 25 point add on.Anyone know how much you save if you waive title insurance on a direct purchase?![]()
Just knocked off another $2.40 per point on 25 pointsAround 60 bucks for fl resorts.
25pt add on, with an August UY and now in July you get all your 2024 points…
I’ve been hunting for a 50pts CCV but they’re always stripped and priced around $150.
Yeah it’s still cheaper in theory with resale, but once you account for a credit card SUB, things look pretty good.
Let me know what the grand total is. So then I can do my Disney ninja math.Just got a quote for 25 points ccv add on.
My total shows 6745?Let me know what the grand total is. So then I can do my Disney ninja math.
Can you use your D23 500 dollar discount on the 25 or does it need to be more points? My total shows 6745?
Plus you can knock off title insurance.
I wish. Minimum add on is 100 points for the offer. Can you use your D23 500 dollar discount on the 25 or does it need to be more points?
Darn, that would really sweeten the pot for another 25 points!I wish. Minimum add on is 100 points for the offer.
Any good credit cards I should sign up for now with my upcoming direct purchase? I couldn't find any great sign up bonuses beyond like $200Yep. So many cards with offers where the spend for a great bonus is right around the cost of 25 pts.
I think that would run you an extra ~$2750 in docs fees to do so tbh ($250/contract, or an extra $9.17/pt!)Ok, here I go breaking up my RIV 300 point purchase into 12 25-point contracts! Ok, that’s just absurd - I don’t think I can justify that.
Oh there are so many. It’s easier to find bonuses that give points vs cashback. Then you can redeem for cash if you want. Amex, Chase amd CapOne have great options. Here is a blog with many current offers.Any good credit cards I should sign up for now with my upcoming direct purchase? I couldn't find any great sign up bonuses beyond like $200
I think there is a decent argument that for restricted resorts, a 25pt contract is smaller than ideal for resale purposes. It is too small to do much with on your own, so you'll tend to only attract people who already own RIV. Plus, the closing costs start to matter on such a small contract. I think it's fine to go lower if you truly do not want 50 in a single purchase event, but I wouldn't do it otherwise.Ok, here I go breaking up my RIV 300 point purchase into 12 25-point contracts! Are you looking at a FW? We did 300 split at 135 FW/85/80. In retrospect a slightly different split on the 165 might have been advantageous, but I don't think this was bad either. Anyway, there's lots of ways to do it.Ok, here I go breaking up my RIV 300 point purchase into 12 25-point contracts! Ok, that’s just absurd - I don’t think I can justify that.
Yeah, I already own 2 150-pt contracts. I’m honestly thinking I may do 2 100-pt contracts and 2 50-pt contracts if I go ahead and add on another 300. If it were me, I'd probably split in 150/150, or maybe 150/100/50.
(In other words, I think Disney had a good point when they originally set the minimum at 50.)
